Eco Energy Group will specialize in the production of biodiesel from recycled yellow grease and high fat seed oils using patent pending technologies. Through a strategic joint venture with Raptor Technology Group, the company will serve as a platform to bring Raptor's revolutionary technologies and patents to the forefront of the US biofuel and energy market.

EEG is in the process of manufacturing a Raptor Technology Group 3.6 million gallon per year biodiesel production facility in Groveland, Florida that is expected to begin producing fuel by the Fall 2011. The current feedstock is recycled cooking oils or 'yellow grease.' Raptor has secured long term contracts for sufficient quantities of Florida's yellow grease to guarantee biodiesel production for EEG at full capacity. We will gradually compliment our yellow grease supply with other feedstocks, blending the two through a patented process. Associated revenues are expected to allow for the construction of a second facility in 2012, doubling production to 7.2 million gallons per year.
